Screen Printing
The most common printing technique. As the name suggests, ink is transferred to the garment via mesh and a stencil. Using block colours and high-quality water-based ink, this process creates a bold finish that lasts.
Bold Colours
Using block colours and custom screens, this transfer process creates a bold finish flush to the surface of the garment.
Water-Based Ink
As the most sustainable option and without compromising on quality, we exclusively work with water-based ink.
Durable Print
In testing, we washed our Cove DTU t-shirt 100 times in a row with almost no visible print wear.
Bulk Orders
Once we have exposed your screens, we're ready to print as many of your design as you'd like.
Direct to Garment
This is a newer printing process made possible by technological advances. New DTG machines allow us to print more complex designs, gradients and even photos without compromising quality.
No Minimums
Only need one t-shirt? No problem. The D2G process doesn't require a complex setup so there are no minimums.
Water-Based Ink
As the most sustainable option and without compromising on quality, we exclusively work with water-based ink.
Fast Delivery
Due to the reduced setup, DTG is our quickest printing service. All we need is the artwork + size and to hit print.
Complex Designs
The new DTG machines allow us to easily print complex artwork (even photos!) with no limit on the number of colours.
Embroidery
Often used on heavier garments to give a minimal finish. Our embroidery services is plastic free using innovative yarns.
Plastic Free
Unlike most other services, we don't use polyester threads or backing.

Order fulfilment can vary a little however on average we fulfil orders between 10 and 12 working days after receiving payment.
Yes, however you will have to compromise either quality or the sustainable credentials of the products.
No. Like most clothing companies, we buy our garments from partners. However all our partners are audited on a monthly basis for environmental and operational practices.
Yes of course! If you'd like a sample of your product, that is not a problem. Due to the setup and smaller quantities, samples are proportionally more expensive.
Not normally. We will do everything we possibly can to ensure your products are produced absolutely to your specification. If required we can provide renders or videos of the first sample.
